Mission statement
I’m C.T. — Army veteran, lifelong outdoorsman, and the sole owner/operator of C.A.T. Outdoors LLC. I established my Hunting & Recreation Venue Enrollment for Stewardship & Tradition (H.A.R.V.E.S.T) program to connect respectful hunters and anglers with Iowa landowners who want to share their land on their terms.
This isn’t a government program. It’s a grassroots system built on trust, respect, and handshake values.
Landowners stay in control — you set the rules, choose the dates, decide the access, and keep your land private. I handle the vetting, the guiding, and making sure every guest follows your expectations and Iowa’s game laws to the letter.
Whether it’s 500 acres of hardwoods or a farm pond out back, you can earn extra income while preserving your property, protecting your way of life, and helping pass down the hunting and fishing traditions we all care about. Even small parcels — the 5, 10, and 15-acre tucked-away tracts that are often overlooked — are valuable resources for game. During high-pressure hunting times, wise deer, turkey, and other wildlife vanish into these hidden spots for refuge. These small acreages and farms can be just as valuable as large tracts of land.
For hunters and anglers — you get access to quality private ground, no crowds, no B.S., and a guide who’s with you from sunrise to sunset so we keep it safe, legal, and ethical.
And for those without the budget for private land hunts, I go out of my way to scout Iowa’s public hunting areas. If you want a guided experience on public ground and are willing to take on the challenge of higher-pressure hunts, I’ve got you covered at a discounted rate. Harvesting game on public ground may be more difficult, but there’s no such thing as an unsuccessful hunt — every trip teaches valuable lessons and makes lasting memories.
